WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) - The National Weather Service out of Pittsburgh has issued a Flash Flood Warning for portions of The Ohio Valley.
Counties included: Hancock, Brooke, and Jefferson County.
This warning is set to expire at 10:45 PM Monday.
As of 7:39 PM, radar indicated upwards of one to two inches of precip has fallen in the area with an additional inch or so possible.
Turn around, don't drown! Never drive through ponded water on roadways.
